2021 Ashland Parent Advisory Council Scholarship application will be available in Spring 2021 :
Applicants need to be completing their publicly funded education in Ashland or in an Ashland out-of-district placement this June, as well as have received services from the Special Education Department through an IEP (Individual Education Program) or a 504 Plan for at least six years. A maximum of three years can be under a 504 Plan. Two years must be in high school. The six years an applicant received services do not have to be consecutive.
Scholarship awards will be announced in May 2021 via letters to applicants and then presented to students at the Ashland High School graduation in June 2021. Should a student prefer to not have their name announced at graduation, a written or verbal request to ASHPAC is required.
Scholarship payment will be made directly to the college, training center, or further education program of choice. A 2021 tuition bill with program name and billing department address will be required.
The deadline for the ASHPAC Scholarship Application to be turned in to the Guidance Department at AHS will be announced soon.
